In 1972 Wayne Will joined H. C. Miller & Company, and became its President in 1976. Larry Pierce joined Wayne in 1978, and in 1981 H. C. Miller & Company officially became Will & Pierce Agency.
In 1974, Wayne was asked to represent Delta Faucet Company. He met the challenge head on, and with little more than grit and determination, the Will & Pierce Agency built a commanding presence in our territory. Over the next 45 years, the Will & Pierce Agency has continued its explosive growth with that same spirit of hard work and determination, while holding true to our core company values.
After ensuring that the next generation was in place to continue the Will & Pierce tradition of excellence, Wayne and Larry sold the company to Scott Will, Mike Kirchler, and Jon Johnson in 2009.
Founded on the old-school values of respect, loyalty, and perseverance, the Will & Pierce Agency continues to grow and adapt to new technologies. Will & Pierce is committed to representing our manufacturers and supporting our wholesale distributors with dedication and distinction.
Providing product education and design assistance allows Will & Pierce to showcase our product brands prominently within our showrooms. In addition, the newly formed architecture and design division assists architects and designers with their project selections and specifications to create a holistic design.
The backbone of our sales force, our outside sales team live, work, and build relationships within their territories. Customer support at its best, the Will & Pierce Inside Sales team is ready to quickly and adeptly handle any issue from order to delivery and installation.
