​The Will & Pierce Agency has a rich history that has enabled us to become the leading manufacturing representative in the Southeast. ​​​​

HISTORY

In 1972 Wayne Will joined H. C. Miller & Company, and became its President in 1976. Larry Pierce joined Wayne in 1978, and in 1981 H. C. Miller & Company officially became Will & Pierce Agency.

In 1974, Wayne was asked to represent Delta Faucet Company. He met the challenge head on, and with little more than grit and determination, the Will & Pierce Agency built a commanding presence in our territory. Over the next 50 years, the Will & Pierce Agency has continued its explosive growth with that same spirit of hard work and determination, while holding true to our core company values.

FUTURE

After ensuring that the next generation was in place to continue the Will & Pierce tradition of excellence, Wayne and Larry sold the company to Scott Will, Mike Kirchler, and Jon Johnson in 2009.
